Detail Follow Ups (DFUs)
Detail follow-ups (DFUs) play a vital role in our sales force effectiveness portfolio. This technique involves conducting interviews with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and medical representatives to gauge the effectiveness of key messages or value propositions delivered by medical representatives. The DFU process revolves around ‘following up’ with doctors after a sales call within a defined time frame.
